Bridgend County Borough Council would like you to share your views on the childcare currently available within the county borough and the influence this has on your lifestyle. All completed responses will be entered into a free prize draw to win a family ticket (two adults and two children) for Jack and the beanstalk in Porthcawl Pavilion at 5pm, Saturday 10 December 2016 (terms and conditions apply).
The information received from this survey will help the council to identify potential gaps in service.
