Homecare

Overview

The council would like to know what you feel is important for the homecare service provided to local residents.

Homecare is also known as domiciliary care. It is support provided to someone in their home to help them with personal care and activities of daily living. The people who receive homecare are known as service users and the people delivering support are called staff. The staff for homecare are employed by the homecare provider.
