Bridgend welcomes Wales’ all-time rugby great

One of Wales’ all-time great rugby greats, Ieuan Evans MBE, will be making a special guest appearance at Bridgend Business Forum’s annual St David’s Day business breakfast.

Supported by Bridgend County Borough Council, the Bridgend Business Forum offers a collective voice for local businesses of all sizes and sectors across the county borough.

Returning on 28 February to the Coed-Y-Mwstwr Hotel, Coychurch, the popular business breakfast gives local businesses an excellent opportunity to network, entertain clients and colleagues and celebrate St David’s Day in true Welsh style.

One of Wales’ most celebrated rugby players, Sunday Telegraph columnist and commentator for Sky Sports, Ieuan Evans, will discuss some of his most memorable moments in Welsh rugby history, including his experience during his captaincy for Wales and becoming a record holder for the most Wales caps as captain.

As well as discussing some of his greatest achievements, including being awarded an MBE for his services to rugby, Ieuan continues to be a popular motivational speaker, who contributes his highly regarded knowledge and opinions across the business and sporting sectors, with messages including teamwork, success and motivation.

The annual St David’s Day breakfast event is always a fantastic morning and is one not to be missed. It really is a great opportunity for local business professionals to come together to network and engage with like-minded people, whilst also celebrating St David’s Day.
