“We are thrilled that the ParkLives initiative is returning to the county borough this half term, encouraging people to get out and use their local parks more. It’s a fun and active way for children to socialise with their friends or even make some new ones, while adults have the choice of a few different activities to help get them moving more.”Councillor Dhanisha Patel, the council’s Cabinet Member for Wellbeing and Future Generations.
ParkLives in Bridgend County Borough is part of a partnership with Swansea and Neath Port Talbot and is funded until 2020. All of the ParkLives activities are FREE, and any children aged under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Families can turn up on the day for all ParkLives sessions, and if you have any queries please call 01656 642692.
