Food parcels for children eligible for free school meals

Bridgend County Borough Council is arranging food parcels for children eligible for free school meals to be delivered in readiness for the Christmas holidays.

The two-week free school meal food supply parcel is being delivered to home addresses for all eligible pupils this week.

Pupils at secondary schools who are eligible for free school meals will also receive an additional food supply parcel during the week commencing December 21 due to the recent announcement that they will be at home for online learning this week. This will enable pupils to use one of their food parcels being delivered this week for this week’s breakfast and lunch.

Anyone who has previously opted out of the provision will not receive a food parcel unless they email FSMCOVID19@bridgend.gov.uk to reinstate school holiday provision.

Tuesday, December 15

Wednesday, December 16
