Carmarthen Bay, Gower and Swansea Bay local seascape character assessment

This consultation has now closed.

This study of the seascape between Laugharne and Porthcawl aims to inform local marine planning, and complement neighbouring landscape assessments.

We want to gather feedback from anyone with an interest in the area, to make this as useful as possible. There is a website which has links to detailed maps and descriptions of each of the Seascape Character Areas, and invites comments on these.

The study is run by White Consultants, on behalf of Carmarthenshire County Council, City & County of Swansea, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, and Bridgend County Borough Council, with funding from Natural Resources Wales.
