This is an exciting time to join our social care team as we continue to remodel the way we meet the needs of children and adults in Bridgend County Borough who need our support, in line with the Welsh Government Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014 - a law that will give clients more of a say in the care and support they receive.

Social Care
Our care workers help vulnerable people to live as independently as possible, within their own home or residential settings.

Our social workers help protect vulnerable children and adults from harm or abuse, and support them to live independently.
