Mayoral visits on anniversaries and birthdays
On invitation, the mayor will visit residents celebrating their 60th, 65th and 70th wedding anniversaries, or 100th plus birthdays.
As part of the day, the chauffeur will take a photograph. This is purely for your and the mayor’s albums, and so if you would like a newspaper to attend, you must contact them directly.
Arrange the mayoral visit
- Please contact the Mayor’s Parlour on 01656 643132 or 643130 for the office to arrange a visit on the day.
- So that the mayor has some information on who he/she is visiting, we will ask for some background information. The information is confidential and for the mayor’s use only.
A card from Buckingham Palace
