Bridgend County Borough’s greatest awards are back!

Bridgend County Borough’s flagship awards programme, ‘The Bridgend Business Forum Awards 2019’ are back and are even bigger and better than before!

Sponsors of this year’s awards, came together at the Coed-y-Mwstwr Hotel, Coychurch recently to officially launch the awards, sponsored by Valleys to Coast Housing.

Organised by Bridgend Business Forum and supported by Bridgend County Borough Council, these prestigious awards recognise and reward excellence across all sizes and sectors of business in the county borough.

Entries are now open for the following ten categories:

  • Business Student of the Year – (nominated by Bridgend College) – sponsored by Graham Paul Chartered Accountants
  • Bridgend Tourism Business of the Year –  sponsored by Handelsbanken
  • Start-up Business of the Year – sponsorship available
  • Entrepreneur of the Year – sponsored by Magenta Financial Planning
  • Manufacturing Business of the Year – sponsored by EEF, the manufacturers organisation
  • Service Business of the Year – sponsored by Berry Smith  Lawyers
  • Creative Industries Award – sponsored available
  • Innovative Business of the Year – sponsored by The Development Bank of Wales
  • Professional Services Business of the  Year - sponsored by SME Finance Partners
  • ‘NEW’ Health and Safety  Award – sponsored by Oracle Risk & the Health & Safety Executive

The winning business in each category will have the chance to earn the coveted title of ‘Bridgend Business of the Year 2019’, sponsored by Valleys to Coast Housing.

We’re excited to launch our 2019 Bridgend Business Forum Awards! Now in its seventh, successful year, the ethos of the awards is to continue to showcase excellence in business on a local level.
