Welsh rugby star to make guest appearance at business breakfast

Welsh rugby star, Ryan Jones, will be joining businesses in Bridgend County as special guest speaker for the Bridgend Business Forum’s annual St David’s Day business breakfast.

Supported by Bridgend County Borough Council, the Bridgend Business Forum boasts over 900 members and offers a collective voice for local companies of all sizes and sectors within the county borough.

Returning on 1 March 2019 at the Coed-Y-Mwstwr Hotel, Coychurch, the popular business breakfast gives local enterprises an excellent opportunity to network, entertain clients and colleagues and celebrate St David’s Day in true Welsh style.

Former Wales captain and British and Irish Lion, Ryan Jones, will discuss some of his greatest achievements, including his experience of winning three Grand Slams with Wales and his captaincy for the Ospreys.

Chair of the forum, Ian Jessopp, said: “The annual St David’s Day breakfast event is always a fantastic morning and is one not to be missed. It really is a great opportunity for local business professionals to come together to network and engage with like-minded people, whilst also celebrating St David’s Day.”

The Bridgend Business Forum provides local businesses with the opportunity to network and expand upon their connections through a wide range of different events held throughout the year.

The St David’s Day breakfast is a great event with a fantastic turnout year after year. I would like to extend a warm welcome to all local business and encourage you all to join us at the Coed-Y-Mwstwr Hotel this St David’s Day.
