New or replacement recycling containers
You can request new recycling containers and food waste bags through Kier’s online portal.
- Enter your postcode and, when prompted, select your address from the drop-down menu.
- Click on ‘Recycling collection’ then select ‘Request new/replacement container.’
- Fill in the online form. Enter your name, email address, request reason, and select the container(s) you need. Also, you can enter the number of bags required.
- Select ‘Request Container’ to complete the request.
