Apply for a 60 and Over Concessionary Travel Card

You will be required to upload one proof of date of birth, two proofs of address, a passport style colour photograph and provide your National Insurance Number.

Apply for a Disabled Person's Concessionary Travel Card

You will be required to upload proof of your disability, one proof of date of birth, two proofs of address, a passport style colour photograph and provide your National Insurance Number.

You will be unable to complete your application if this information is not provided.

If you’re unable to apply online, you can ask a friend, family member or someone you trust to apply on your behalf.

If this assistance is unavailable, you can visit your local library, where assistance will be available to complete your application. However, we would advise that you contact your local library before attending.

Please ensure you take the correct evidence with you, otherwise your application cannot be processed.

Apply for a Disabled Person's with Companion Travel Card

If you qualify for a Concessionary Travel Card, but cannot travel by bus without needing someone else’s help, then you may be eligible to be assessed for a Disabled Person's with Companion Concessionary Travel Card.

Lost, stolen or damaged bus pass

If your travel card has been lost, stolen or damaged, you can request a replacement by telephoning Transport for Wales.

There may be a charge for the replacement Travel Card.
