Two programmes aiming to cut youth unemployment will continue

Two European Union funded schemes will continue in Bridgend County Borough until 2022 to help support more than 1,000 young people who are not in education, employment or training, or have the potential to be in that situation soon.

Council will resettle more refugees

Five more families of refugees fleeing the Middle East conflict will be resettled in Bridgend County Borough over the next two years, joining the six families that have already been welcomed to the area.

Autumn craft fair to pop up at Bryngarw Park

An autumn craft fair will be held in the Visitor Centre at Bryngarw Park on Saturday 3 November (11am to 4pm) as part of the all-new Bridgend Craft Collective.

Suggestions invited for Local Development Plan

Developers, landowners and residents across Bridgend County Borough are being invited to nominate sites for possible inclusion in the new Local Development Plan (LDP).
