Planning forms and fees
To apply for planning permission, you can either download an application form or apply online using the planning portal.
You will need to pay a fee to cover the cost of the planning application. Find out more about planning application fees on the Scale of Fees document.
Every planning application needs a site location plan and sometimes a block plan showing the location and boundaries of the site. You can use the planning portal's 'Buy a Plan' service to make sure that your plan is suitable.
If a Certificate B or C is completed, a notice must be given to individuals and also placed in a local newspaper.
